Chris Charlton – Managing Director, began Charltons in 1980 and has forged a strong relationship with clients over the years.  He is known for his non-traditional relationships with clients and considers many as long term colleagues.  A good percentage of his clients have been with him since the beginning and refer family, friends and workmates repeatedly.

Chris is one of the larger non-partner accounting firms in Australia, ensuring client satisfaction is held in higher regard than driving company profits.  Chris is a Chartered Accountant, holds a bachelor of Business Studies Degree, is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and is a Chartered Company Secretary.

Chris has a broad knowledge of many accounting, tax and small business matters.  He is also a realist in the business world and has a great deal of experience in many industries.

Contemporary Offices

Charltons made the bold move to new generous offices in late 2005 as a gesture to our long standing client base and our staff.  The new offices are a pleasure to operate from and all clients enjoy the casual yet sophisticated meeting rooms and public areas.
