Your Role:

We're seeking a Business Services Accountant to join our tight-knit team. In this role, you'll engage in providing accounting, taxation, and advisory services to our esteemed portfolio of clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients both in person and electronically.
• Prepare Tax Returns for individuals, companies, and trusts (SMEs)
• Generate SMSF Tax Returns and Financial Statements
• Create special purpose Financial Statements
• Lodge BAS, IAS, FBT, and Payroll Tax
• Perform bank reconciliation, payroll, and other bookkeeping tasks via Xero and MYOB
• Manage ATO lodgements and client correspondence.
• Provide necessary tax-related advice and planning.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• CA/CPA qualification or currently studying.
• 4+ years' experience in an Australian CA/CPA firm
• Advantageous to have Xero experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship required.
