Your Role:

We're expanding and seeking a Manager / Senior Business Services Accountant to join our tight-knit team. In this pivotal role, you'll not only provide accounting, taxation, and advisory services to our esteemed clientele but also mentor and review the work of junior accountants.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster growth and skill development
• Offer accounting and tax advisory services to our esteemed clients
• Manage complex tax issues (e.g., Division 7A loans, FBT, CGT)
• Cultivate and manage client relationships in-person and electronically
• Prepare Tax Returns for companies, trusts, and SMEs
• Generate SMSF Tax Returns and Financial Statements
• Create special purpose Financial Statements

Desired Skills and Experience:

• CA/CPA qualification
• 10+ years' experience in an Australian CA/CPA firm
• Proven experience in mentoring/managing junior staff
• Advantageous to have Xero experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
